It’s great to get positive feedback right? Makes you feel good. Many organizations promote feedback cards because it encourages folks to say nice things about them. But when you get unsolicited feedback, when someone is so thankful they take the time to get online and express their gratitude? NOW THAT IS SPECIAL.

My name is Brian S.
I was a patient at Palm Garden between August 10th and August 17th.
My treatment was under a Medicare Bundle Program.
I am writing this to inform you that your staff in the rehab center is top notch. They are helpful, professional and extremely good at what they do. I want to single out the two therapists who were instrumental in my making my goals to complete what was expected of me within the seven-day timeline.
They are Lacey (OT) and Erich (PT). They were the therapists who were assigned to me for most of my time at Palm Garden. They helped me learn how to get in and out of bed showed me the proper way to walk and also how to get my strength back after having my right hip replacement surgery.
I am grateful for the care that I received, and as you saw when I was there on September 25th, I am progressing well.

My name is Ms. Green, I have been a Guest here at Palm Garden of West Palm Beach for over 8 weeks after having a stroke. When I first got here I was unable to do anything for myself, and I couldn’t walk or swallow. My Aides Terry, LuLu and the other Aides as well were so inspiring to me, they gave me a lot of hope and encouragement every day! They were firm with me and wanted me to do as much for myself as possible in trying to assist with my recovery. Every single Nurse here were all so nice to me. They were helpful, encouraging and gave me hope for healing and recovery. The Rehabilitation Team in Therapy was so good to me as well- Speech Therapy got me to eat and drink again, Physical Therapy got me to walk again and Occupational Therapy got me to dress myself again. It is because of this entire Team of Extraordinary people that I am able to be discharged today from Palm Garden WPB to home! I am blessed to have been here and thank God that I came here.
